About the role
- Provide user support and assistance for IT applications including installation, configuration, and issue resolution
- Help keep IT equipment up and running through server administration
- Analyze and diagnose complex issues and recommend solutions
- Coordinate the planning, design, and execution of projects and initiatives
- Serve as subject matter expert for your unit, clients, and partners
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of four years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of French required
