About the role
- Provide user support and assistance for IT applications including installation, configuration, best practices, issue resolution, and service request management
- Maintain IT equipment, particularly through server administration
- Analyze and diagnose complex issues; recommend solutions
- Coordinate planning, design, and execution of projects
- Serve as subject matter expert for unit, clients, and partners
- Help develop, implement, and update policies, practices, and standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of four years of relevant experience
