About the role
- Lead the development of the creative brief
- Deliver exquisite design and creative support across various projects
- Interpret design briefs and translate them into innovative solutions
- Collaborate with Designers across multiple disciplines
- Ensure high standards and timely delivery of creative work
- Manage communication effectively from/to senior management
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years’ agency experience
- Background in design or creative experiential event production
- Passion for visually striking brand experiences
- Strong understanding of creative process, strategy, and management
- Proficiency in leading design software
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Great enthusiasm for events and brand storytelling
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment
- Experience in 3D design roles from concept to final approval and design intent drawings
- Knowledge of construction materials and techniques
