About the role
- Support the creation and formatting of presentations using Keynote, Google Slides and PowerPoint
- Apply editorial layout, typography and visual hierarchy to complex or incomplete content
- Turn notes, rough content or data into clear, structured slides and simple infographics
- Prepare 2D artwork for print and digital outputs following client’s brand guidelines and templates
- Assist with pre-flight checks, proof reviews and basic print production tasks
- Maintain organised artwork files and structured folder systems
- Create and maintain detailed spreadsheets to track print and digital assets
- Support coordination with printers and suppliers under senior guidance
- Work closely with senior designers to understand briefs and delivery expectations
- Attend site visits, installs or live events when required, supporting graphic placement and quality checks
- Learn how artwork performs in real-world environments and apply that learning back into studio work
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks
- Interest in editorial design, typography and information design
- Confidence working within structured processes and systems
- Willingness to ask questions, take feedback and continuously improve
- Ability to manage multiple small tasks while maintaining accuracy
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Calm, supportive attitude under time pressure
