About the role
- You coordinate the setup and smooth execution of all events and conferences at the Cologne location.
- You are responsible for the operational management and delivery of conferences and events.
- With an eye for detail, you ensure cleanliness of the premises and compliance with company standards.
- You look after clients on site, prepare tailored proposals, and handle orders in the area of Food & Beverage.
- You work hands-on and lead by example.
- With your overview of budgets and costs, you support the House Manager.
Requirements
- You have successfully completed vocational training in hotel management / gastronomy.
- You bring the necessary know-how in F&B and service.
- You have already gained initial experience in operational staff leadership.
- You are available for occasional evening and weekend work.
- You present yourself as a welcoming host and have a passion for service.
- You can communicate confidently with customers and colleagues in German and English.
