About the role
- Coordination of setup and smooth execution of all events at the Cologne location
- Operational management and delivery of conferences and events
- Ensuring cleanliness and compliance with company standards
- On-site customer service and preparation of customized offers
- Hands-on operational work and acting as a role model
- Supporting the House Manager with budget and cost oversight
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in hotel management / hospitality
- Knowledge and experience in Food & Beverage (F&B) and service operations
- Some experience in supervising staff
- Availability for occasional evening and weekend work
- Excellent hospitality demeanor and a passion for service
- Confident communication in German and English
