About the role

  • Advise our managers and employees in your area of responsibility on all aspects of modern HR work
  • Handle all HR administrative tasks from onboarding to offboarding
  • Monitor KPIs and prepare recommendations for action for your area of responsibility
  • Support with payroll preparation

Requirements

  • Completed commercial/business vocational training with additional qualification as a Personnel Specialist (Personalfachkaufmann) (m/f/d)
  • Approximately 1–2 years of experience supporting managers and employees
  • Strong knowledge of labor law, social security law, and tax law
  • Confident demeanour, strong service orientation, and excellent communication skills
  • Willingness to make occasional business trips to your locations
