About the role
- Advise our managers and employees in your area of responsibility on all aspects of modern HR work
- Handle all HR administrative tasks from onboarding to offboarding
- Monitor KPIs and prepare recommendations for action for your area of responsibility
- Support with payroll preparation
Requirements
- Completed commercial/business vocational training with additional qualification as a Personnel Specialist (Personalfachkaufmann) (m/f/d)
- Approximately 1–2 years of experience supporting managers and employees
- Strong knowledge of labor law, social security law, and tax law
- Confident demeanour, strong service orientation, and excellent communication skills
- Willingness to make occasional business trips to your locations
