Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience (senior) or 8+ years (staff/lead)
- Strong command of TypeScript/JavaScript and React
- Deep familiarity with web fundamentals: HTML, CSS, REST APIs, performance optimization
- Experience running A/B tests and product experiments
- A genuine hunger to connect engineering work to business outcomes
- Comfort with ambiguity
- Strong written and verbal communication
