About the role
- own the media processing pipelines from transcription to visual understanding
- build a media library for teams to upload, record, and generate content
- create search capabilities for content reuse across projects
- ensure seamless ingestion and export of high volumes of media
- balance competing priorities across customer segments
Requirements
- 5 or more years of product experience creating products for users with high volumes, complex needs, and zero tolerance for downtime
- ability to steer technical teams and evaluate ML models
- customer-focused with experience in customer discovery
- ability to tackle ambiguous problems
- attention to detail and quality in product development
- sense of humor and creativity
