About the role

  • You independently manage our advertising partners — from initial inquiry to invoicing
  • You build and maintain the partner pipeline
  • You spot problems before they escalate — and resolve them
  • You independently manage my inbox
  • You respond to inquiries on my behalf
  • You know when you can make decisions and when I need to step in
  • You brief freelancers on routine tasks
  • You check that tasks have been completed
  • You manage my calendar

Requirements

  • Independence: You act without waiting for instructions
  • Reliability: When you say "done," it's done
  • Strong communication: You write professionally on my behalf
  • Native-level German: Perfect grammar, not machine-translated German
  • Business-fluent English: For international partners
  • Nice to have: Experience with creator businesses or startups
  • Interest in the automotive industry
  • Experience with Notion and Gmail
  • You are NOT a fit if you need constant supervision
