SLED Account Executive

Product Manager

• Continuously engage with customers, users, Sales, Support, and Customer Success to be the embodiment of the product’s target market for the rest of the development team.
• Ensure the development team is clear on the highest-priority work to be done.
• Ensure that the highest priority work is clearly defined, including how it relates to the product vision, strategy, competitive landscape, and the needs of existing customers.
• Provide Product Marketing Management with the information they need to effectively enable sales, customer success, and channel partners.
• Represent the product internally and externally to customers, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Monitor customer feedback, market trends, competitive positioning, and product performance to inform prioritization and strategy.

Director of Product Management

• Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual quota objectives across New Logo, Expansion, and Renewal revenue streams.
• Own and execute the full sales cycle within complex enterprise accounts, utilizing a solutions-based and consultative selling approach to drive land-and-expand strategies.
• Implement and reinforce a strategic sales methodology, such as Challenger & MEDDPICC, to drive opportunity qualification, forecasting accuracy, and deal predictability across all revenue types (New, Expand, Renew).
• Establish and expand relationships with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders to align accessibility initiatives with their core business, compliance, and digital strategies, ensuring high-value renewals and expansions.

Enterprise Account Executive

Sales

• Manage a team of Commercial Account Executives to ensure consistent collective achievement of the sales quota, with a heavy emphasis on New Logo revenue and maximizing deal velocity.
• Implement and reinforce core sales methodologies adapted for the mid-market, focusing specifically on effective prospecting, cold outreach, and new logo discovery.
• Own the enforcement of sales execution for a high-volume motion, including rigorous, weekly pipeline inspection to ensure 4x coverage is met for new logo opportunities.
• Support PAEs in structuring opportunities, focusing on rapid alignment for the initial land deal and coaching on how to quickly secure an immediate expansion opportunity post-sale.
