About the role

  • Design and deliver engaging training programs that address the specific needs of our Commercial teams.
  • Drive the entire lifecycle of enablement programs—from ideation and content creation to delivery and measurement.
  • Bridge the gap between technical product releases and commercial needs.
  • Actively contribute to team decision-making by collaborating with stakeholders to identify and address learning gaps.
  • Serve as a consulting partner to local leaders, delivering localised programming and supporting team decisions with data-backed insights.
  • Track and analyse the impact of enablement initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in sales, customer success, technical support, or enablement within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience; an MBA is a plus.
  • Proficiency in learning design, measurement, and enablement tooling (SalesHood). Experience with gamification and managing programs across multiple senior stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, prioritise high-impact tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong discovery, problem-solving, and facilitation skills.
  • Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support regional teams.
