About the role
- Support visual design and art direction across campaigns and formats
- Design static assets with strong attention to layout and composition
- Create simple motion using After Effects for social and digital content
- Help build styleframes and visual systems that support creative ideas
- Collaborate closely with designers, motion, and other disciplines
- Apply feedback to improve work and maintain visual consistency
- Stay curious about tools, references, and AI that support visual design.
Requirements
- Experience in visual or graphic design with interest in art direction
- A social first mind who is aware of designing for social and current social trends
- Good visual judgement and confidence contributing to design discussions
- Solid graphic design skills across layout, typography, and composition
- Basic knowledge of After Effects for light motion and animation
- Experience using Adobe tools and Figma
- Curiosity around AI tools and interest in learning how they support design
- A portfolio showing visual design, static work, and some motion.
