About the role

  • Provide business support on a variety of HR related topics to the departments/ managers assigned.
  • Key areas of expertise: Facilitation, HRBP Support, Process improvement, Performance Management, Recommendations regarding policy and practice.
  • Work with HRBPs and managers to solve day to day issues and employee relations opportunities
  • Support field HRBPs manage projects or problems, involving HR.
  • Provide coaching to managers and supervisors regarding performance, discipline and other related matters.
  • Is experienced in dealing with employee relations issues and investigations and provides guidance to other team members.
  • Develop and deliver training in key areas of HR responsibility including, but not limited to orientation, coaching, and supervisory training.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree with 5-7 years relevant experience.
  • Should come from a multi-location organization with 1,000 employees
  • Robust AI skills
  • Knowledge in employment law, compensation, HRIS, training, and employee relations.
