About the role
- Lead UI design execution for responsive web and mobile experiences, ensuring pixel-perfect quality and brand alignment.
- Translate UX strategies and wireframes into high-fidelity designs, prototypes, and design systems.
- Maintain visual consistency across products while pushing creative innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design with business goals and technical feasibility.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
Requirements
- 5+ years in UI/UX design with a portfolio showcasing visual excellence, design systems, and end-to-end product design
- Expertise in Figma and modern design tools; strong understanding of responsive design and accessibility (WCAG)
- Ability to balance hands-on execution with leadership responsibilities
- Familiarity with front-end technologies for effective designer–developer collaboration
- Experience with Adobe AEM is a plus, but not required
