About the role

Design, architect, and implement end-to-end scalable Workfront solutions tailored to client needs
Analyze complex business requirements and design optimal workflows and integrations
Lead development of workflows, approval paths, and integrations to streamline project management
Promote technical discussions and produce comprehensive documentation for Workfront functionality and integrations
Identify and report project risks to the Enterprise Architect Director and PMs
Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and clients to ensure system design and integration align with business goals
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior consultants and specialists
Review and assess current workflows to identify opportunities for optimization
Oversee the integration of Workfront with other business systems and tools
Conduct workshops and training sessions to ensure client teams are equipped to use Workfront effectively

5+ years of hands-on experience in designing and implementing Workfront solutions
2+ years of hands-on experience in designing and implementing Fusion automation and integrations
Proficiency in Workfront Workflow Core, Workfront Planning and Fusion Developer skills
Experience with enterprise workflows, business analysis, and system integration
Experience designing and implementing scalable and optimized solutions
Expertise in configuring Workfront for diverse business needs
Experience leading client engagements and managing complex projects
Ability to collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, developers, and clients
Technical leadership and mentorship experience for junior consultants and specialists
Experience conducting workshops and training sessions for client teams
Recommended Adobe Workfront certifications: AD0-E903; AD2-E902; AD0-E906; AD0-E907; AD0-E908
