About the role
- Responsible for executing the defined talent acquisition strategy and processes to hire the best talent for dentsu.
- Partner with TA Sourcing Specialists/Partners and Hiring Managers to define recruiting strategies and usher identified talent through the interview process.
- Act as a mentor and coach to more junior TA Specialists/Business Partners and TA Sourcing Specialists/Partners where possible.
- Monitor our applicant tracking system (Workday), ensuring qualified applicants are moved into the interview process.
- Extends offers to candidates, coordinating closely with career advocates and hiring managers.
Requirements
- Previous experience with full-lifecycle recruiting
- Hands-on experience with recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems (LinkedIn Recruiter and SmartRecruiters preferred)
- Experience working collaboratively and cross-functionally with hiring managers
- Exposure to and baseline knowledge to support leveraging data and reports to demonstrate the results of hiring efforts
- Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
