About the role
- Lead the operations and administration of a large technology client
- Contributes towards developing the business strategy of the service line/function
- Builds, runs, reviews, and improves processes and systems to ensure business objectives are met/surpassed
- Actions and implements various strategic initiatives such as quality improvement/measurement, automation etc.
- Develops and proactively reviews and tunes the team structure to meet/exceed business objectives
- Ensures current service offerings are continuously upgraded with innovative solutions that are market-oriented
- Undertakes necessary preparation for client reviews
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- At least 10 years of experience in operations and/or account management
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, and internal administrative software
