About the role
- Draft, review, negotiate and advise on commercial agreements across a variety of areas with both clients and suppliers
- Provide support to business teams in contract negotiations with clients and suppliers.
- Advise in connection with contract interpretation, initial dispute resolution and overall negotiation strategy
- Support in relation to development and deployment of commercial initiatives and new supplier arrangements
- Experience advising on contract law, intellectual property, and data protection
Requirements
- Qualified lawyer with several years PQE as a guide
- Strong background in commercial contract review, drafting, and negotiation
- Commercially minded, pragmatic, solutions-focused and able to communicate clearly
- Operates with a high level of autonomy, ownership, organisation and follow-through
- Highly collaborative and relationships-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Values being part of a close-knit team
