About the role

  • Lead the delivery of strategic campaigns for a set of top-tier clients; own client relationships post-insertion order (IO) and ensure alignment across teams
  • Manage a team of Account Managers and Senior Account Managers, providing guidance, quality oversight, and career development support
  • Oversee the full campaign lifecycle across systems (Salesforce, Monday.com, SmartSheet), ensuring accuracy in setup, pacing, optimization, and reporting
  • Serve as senior escalation point and strategic advisor in client communications, driving QBRs, wrap reporting, and performance storytelling
  • Lead efforts to improve team workflows, campaign documentation standards, and operational efficiencies that ensure scale
  • Collaborate with Media, Sales, Analytics, and Creative teams to troubleshoot delivery issues, identify strategic upsell opportunities, and drive continuous improvement
  • Establish KPIs and benchmarks for account teams and ensure consistent delivery against those goals
  • Proactively identify and resolve campaign risks or performance issues; ensure teams are empowered with tools and training to respond quickly and effectively
  • Contribute to business planning, client renewals, and strategic roadmap development in partnership with Sales and senior leadership

Requirements

  • 6–8 or more years of experience in account management, retail media, digital media, or client services
  • Experience managing direct reports and mentoring across levels
  • Working knowledge of retail media platforms, digital media KPIs, campaign workflows, and optimization tactics
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Monday.com, Smartsheet, Excel, and presentation tools such as PowerPoint or Google Slides
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Able to manage multiple complex campaigns across teams and accounts
  • Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and operational efficiency
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
