About the role
- Be a trusted partner, providing important insights through data analysis to inform strategic planning and initiative prioritization.
- Coach and train direct and indirect reports on how to best identify the solutions driven through data, analytics, and technology available to support our strategic plans.
- Create and support executive level presentations and analyses of analytic and data solutions to support client needs
- Translate data/results into clear narratives for tech and non-tech audiences across multiple channels (i.e., ppt, and email).
- Recommend relevant insights for strategic and long-term planning including trade-off analysis applying value-based measurement.
- Collaborate with cross-agency SMEs to ensure solutions are client and customer-centric and well thought through
- Provide expertise through articles, blogs, event and other marketing avenues to guide the latest application of analytics and data solutions
- Identify opportunities for cross-solutioning within clients
- Assess market trends and incorporate external insights to recommend potential product and market level opportunities.
- Manage and nurture multiple existing, lead and growth account opportunities across Merkle and dentsu network
- Develop depth and breadth of understanding of solutions and offerings across dentsu and Merkle
Requirements
- 10+ years' experience in analytics, business consulting, data strategy and/or strategic planning functions.
- 5+ years of cross-team leadership over multiple business and strategic disciplines.
- Experiential (Event-Based) Analytics experience is required.
- Agency experience (Advantageous if you have this).
- Experience using data and insights for storytelling and solution application.
- Experience translating ambiguous requests and requirements into tangible and tactical solutions.
- Experience simplifying complex analytic and data solutions into clear language for non-technical partners.
- Experience managing both client and agency teams to facilitate collaborative, data-informed solutions.
- Experience identifying business challenges and applying analytics-led strategies to address them.
- Experience working with a broad spectrum of analytic tools, technologies, and solutions to drive business action.
