About the role
- Manage and execute end-to-end email campaigns using SFMC
- Develop and optimize user journeys through SFMC modules
- Implement A/B testing strategies
- Collaborate with stakeholders for campaign briefs
- Troubleshoot rendering, deliverability, and personalization issues
- Analyze campaign performance with Einstein Messaging Insights
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in email campaigns
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio
- Proficient in AMPscript, HTML, and CSS
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Any graduate (preferable engineering graduates)
- Salesforce Email Specialist certification preferred
