About the role
- You will play an important role in daily client communication as it relates to important information about assets, status meetings, and overall project knowledge and process.
- You will become a trusted partner to the internal team as well as clients proven through your ability to accomplish tasks thoughtfully and work collaboratively towards a common goal.
- You will report to a Sr Account Director on the team.
- Responsibilities You will be the day-to-day resource for clients on projects as well as general inquiries, requests, etc.
- You will partner with clients and your team for strategic and executional needs
- Demonstrate mature leadership in difficult situations, escalate client difficulties appropriately
- Consistently manage projects and assignments independently and can proactively and creatively solution any issues along the way
- Understand when and how to keep Account Leadership informed on project details
- Effectively sell agency strategies, creative and points of view
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years account management or client services experience
- Minimum 2 years in an advertising agency, marketing company or client side marketing department
- Effectively writes clear, concise logical internal and client documents
