You will play an important role in daily client communication as it relates to important information about assets, status meetings, and overall project knowledge and process.
You will become a trusted partner to the internal team as well as clients proven through your ability to accomplish tasks thoughtfully and work collaboratively towards a common goal.
You will report to a Sr Account Director on the team.
Responsibilities You will be the day-to-day resource for clients on projects as well as general inquiries, requests, etc.
You will partner with clients and your team for strategic and executional needs
Demonstrate mature leadership in difficult situations, escalate client difficulties appropriately
Consistently manage projects and assignments independently and can proactively and creatively solution any issues along the way
Understand when and how to keep Account Leadership informed on project details
Effectively sell agency strategies, creative and points of view
Requirements
Minimum 3 years account management or client services experience
Minimum 2 years in an advertising agency, marketing company or client side marketing department
Effectively writes clear, concise logical internal and client documents
