About the role
- Provide leadership and strategic direction of the Infrastructure Managed Services (IMS) team
- Ensure governance and compliance of technology operations is upheld
- Collaborate with client teams to capture requirements and deliver solutions
- Reports on key metrics and leads team including cloud architects and DBAs
Requirements
- Circa 10+ years of designing, building and supporting enterprise-class solutions
- Circa 5+ years in a managerial role with expert knowledge of cloud infrastructure
- ITIL and relevant Cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure) certifications highly desired
- Understanding of emerging methodologies, technologies, architectures, products (primarily AWS, GCP and Microsoft technology stacks)
