Driving consultative delivery of client needs through deep healthcare system insight and tailored strategic advice
Leading regional performance against set KPIs, including service delivery, permission to prescribe projects, commercial schemes, therapy area mapping and guideline development
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to help develop high-value solutions and clear business plans
Monitoring trends and identifying joint working opportunities that benefit patients, the NHS, and Cencora’s clients
Understanding the regional NHS picture and how the constantly changing environment will have an impact on both current and future client propositions
Requirements
Degree or equivalent
A proven track record in senior level pharmaceutical or healthcare key account or commercial roles
Experience working with NHS formulary groups, ICBs, or similar bodies
Strong healthcare system and commercial networks
Ability to work across multiple therapy areas and multiple clients simultaneously
Advanced influencing, negotiation, and strategic planning skills
Ability to interpret clinical data and translate it into commercial success
Valid UK driving licence
High-level NHS knowledge and ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments
