About the role

  • Take responsibility for sales in the areas of implants and digital solutions
  • A key focus of the role is new customer acquisition
  • Achieve the assigned individual sales target
  • Expand existing business across all product areas (implants, regenerative products, digital products including hardware and software)
  • Actively support clients’ digital transformation within the DS product portfolio, in collaboration with Digital Prosthetics specialists
  • Actively collaborate with Orthodontic Aligner Specialists in the region to acquire new customers and drive sales and revenue
  • An outbound team and a customer-oriented webshop are available to support existing customer business
  • Use a collaborative communication style to ensure effective teamwork
  • Expand market share in your assigned territory through comprehensive territory and customer management
  • Contribute to achieving the regional team budget

Requirements

  • Solid professional experience in sales and new customer acquisition (experience in the dental and healthcare markets is a plus)
  • Completed vocational training as a dental assistant or dental technician, or a background in business administration
  • Confident and professional demeanor, combined with high self-motivation, perseverance, and strong customer orientation
  • Goal-oriented, creative, and assertive personality
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine enjoyment of working with people
  • Results-oriented and independent work style, with the ability to present complex topics concisely and clearly
  • Ability to empathically identify complex customer needs and offer appropriate solutions
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Fluent Dutch (spoken and written) and good English skills (knowledge of German is a plus)
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the sales territory
