About the role

  • Lead adoption, implementation, and utilization of the SureSmile portfolio for Orthodontists and General Dentists
  • Manage a portfolio of ~20–50 practices and partner with Territory Managers to improve performance
  • Serve as regional advanced SME for SureSmile workflows and complex cases (Ortho + GP)
  • Grow utilization and portfolio performance across assigned practices
  • Deliver successful implementations that convert into sustained, consistent use
  • Provide structured feedback to improve product, training, and customer experience

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent dental industry experience
  • 5+ years in orthodontics; chairside/treatment coordination strongly preferred
  • Consulting/training/process improvement experience in an ortho setting
  • Experience supporting clinical teams and treatment consultations
  • Familiarity with digital dentistry workflows (DICOM/STL, treatment planning software, CAD/CAM, 3D printing)
  • Strong consultative communication, analytical problem-solving, and operational follow-through
