About the role

  • Provide excellent functional support, training, and troubleshooting to end-users for SAP SD and related modules globally
  • Liaises between end-user community and development team to solve user problems
  • Maintains clear understanding of related business processes
  • Collaborates with key stakeholders and users to gather business requirements, analyze current processes, and identify opportunities for optimization
  • Creates detailed functional specifications for developments
  • Works closely with extended ERP team to test and deploy solutions
  • Develops test scripts, performs rigorous unit testing, and coordinates User Acceptance Testing to ensure solution integrity and quality

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience with SAP SD or related modules
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related area (Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology SAP SD or other certification desired)
  • English - Advanced (C1), any other language is an advantage.
  • Proactive, positive attitude, high-energy, motivated, enthusiastic
  • Ability to handle multiple and shifting priorities without losing focus.
  • Deep understanding of SAP Sales and Distribution business processes
  • Proficiency in SAP SD module configuration
