About the role
- Provides remote and on-site support to customers experiencing technical issues (hardware or workflow)
- Assess the issue (gather the customer's problem description and identify faulty components)
- Troubleshoot digital issues and conduct customer consultations via phone, TeamViewer and other remote service solutions
- Train or guide end users remotely
- Perform service visits to repair or replace defective equipment
- Analyze, identify and resolve customer issues using analytical methods
- Maintain a technical knowledge base
Requirements
- Several years in the dental CAD/CAM industry as a dental laboratory technician
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Good understanding of clinical practice workflows
- Experience managing customers by phone and email, including sales prospecting
- Experience in a customer service environment
- Excellent command of MS Office
- Strong IT skills: CAD software, TeamViewer, order processing systems
- National travel: 30%
