About the role
- You are responsible for the selection and acquisition of new customers, as well as actively advising existing customers (hospitals, specialist retailers and the outpatient sector)
- You independently present, discuss, quote and sell products and services to various customer groups (hospitals, specialist and general practitioner practices, medical care centers (MVZ), care facilities, rehabilitation centers, specialist retailers and distributors, etc.)
- You drive the implementation of strategy within your territory as well as marketing concepts and conduct market and competitor monitoring
- You are responsible for the annual increase in prescribers and prescriptions and for achieving sales targets
- You analyze relevant sales and performance indicators, including conversion and sales potential, to derive appropriate measures
- You actively transfer knowledge in close cooperation with the Wellspect Academy and Marketing, and provide technical support to customers in the use of products
- You work closely and agilely within an agile sales team and with internal interfaces, e.g. HomeCare, Key Account, Marketing, Inside Sales and Customer Service
Requirements
- You have completed commercial training or a comparable qualification (medical training is an advantage)
- You have initial sales experience
- In addition to a confident presence and strong presentation skills, you are highly self-motivated and well organized
- Your assertiveness and strong communication skills help you win customers
- You are proficient with modern Office programs and communication tools
- You have business-fluent German, both written and spoken
- High willingness to travel (1–2 overnight stays per week)
