About the role

  • Briefing national and international instructors on the course equipment and facilities
  • Conducting facility tours and showroom overviews
  • Supporting instructors with technical and organizational questions during course operations
  • Maintenance and repair of Dentsply Sirona products
  • Welcoming Academy visitors and instructors at the service desk
  • Coordinating maintenance work and refurbishments with Facility Management
  • Serving as the Safety Officer

Requirements

  • Successfully completed training as a mechatronics technician or an equivalent qualification
  • Professional experience in the relevant technical field and/or in customer support and equipment management
  • Additional qualification as a master technician or technician is desirable
  • Strong IT skills
  • Open and friendly communication style
  • High stress resilience and a solution-oriented approach
  • Fluent German and very good English skills
  • Ability to explain complex technical issues clearly
  • Willingness to travel and to work on Saturdays
