About the role
- Advising clients on public law and regulatory matters
- Transactional support in construction, planning, environmental and other areas of public law
- Supporting construction and emissions-control permitting procedures for development projects, in zoning/land-use plan procedures and related matters
- Advising companies and investors on property- and facility-related environmental law issues
- Interdisciplinary, cross-office and cross-border collaboration
Requirements
- Excellent legal qualifications demonstrated by two state examinations with top grades
- Ideally 2 years of professional experience in the described area of practice
- Demonstrable strong interest in public law, e.g. through previous internships, an academic focus, a substantive focus during the legal clerkship (Referendariat) or similar
- Business-fluent English, both written and spoken
- Commercial and creative mindset
- Passion, commitment and team spirit
