About the role

  • Provide non-contentious construction support in respect of a broad variety of projects in the real estate development and investment, energy, transportation and infrastructure sectors
  • Supporting and leading on a large variety of transactions
  • Building and maintaining existing client relationships
  • Contributing to market knowledge
  • Contributing to business development

Requirements

  • Experience of the UK real estate, energy and infrastructure markets desirable but not essential
  • Scottish or English qualified preferable
  • Experience of construction contracts (including main standard forms), consultant appointments, collateral warranties preferable.
