About the role
- Onboard new customers and create custom workflows tailored to the needs of each office
- Train new clinicians and dental teams to use the DentalMonitoring suite of solutions
- Nurture existing customers so they maximize the benefits of the DentalMonitoring Artificial Intelligence technology and dashboard
- Build strong relationships with customers so they continue to use, endorse, and advocate for the DentalMonitoring brand and products
- Act as a technical bridge between customers and the DentalMonitoring platform
- Support and attend local trade shows
- Collaborate and communicate with regional sales managers, customer success, inside sales, and sales representatives to ensure the best onboarding experience
- Influence doctors and staff to adopt new protocols while addressing any hesitations about adopting disruptive technology
- Travel up to 35% overnight travel to train and support in-person office implementations
Requirements
- Proven success with 5+ years of dental and orthodontic experience
- Adaptable and eager to learn
- Excited by a scale-up/start-up environment where you can demonstrate versatility and take initiative
