About the role
- Lead the strategy, vision, and commercial success of a product range
- Define and champion product vision, strategy, and lifecycle
- Collect and analyze market insights: customer feedback, user research, competitive analysis, performance data, and pricing
- Build business cases and contribute to product strategy alongside leadership
- Prioritize product development in partnership with Product Managers and R&D teams
- Clearly communicate product vision to internal teams and stakeholders
- Translate business needs and priorities into actionable requirements for technical teams
- Contribute to ideation and validation of product-market fit
- Collaborate with global and regional marketing and sales teams to drive product success
- Create product materials and train sales teams on new features and launches
- Build and execute launch plans and go-to-market strategies
- Ensure brand consistency and positioning across all markets
- Identify growth opportunities and refine targeting strategies
- Measure product adoption and the effectiveness of commercial initiatives
- Work closely with customers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to gather insights and fuel innovation
Requirements
- You hold a BS/MS degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- You have a solid understanding of software development, digital products, or SaaS solutions
- You are familiar with the dental and/or orthodontic industry
- You have experience working in an international, matrixed scale-up environment
- You are adaptable, curious, and committed to continuous learning
- You are fluent in English and French (minimum C1 level)
- Experience in the orthodontics, dental or medical technology field
