About the role
- Lead marketing communication and project management initiatives in collaboration with product marketing teams
- Plan, execute and measure marketing communication campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness and generating leads
- Identify the need for new collateral materials; manage content creation and coordinate graphic resources for various sales and customer support tools, including brochures, data sheets, advertisements, direct mail, websites, newsletters, and product guides
- Design, write, edit, proofread and oversee the production of marketing assets such as brochures, direct mail, newsletters, sales tools, white papers, case studies, and website content
- Manage the development, production, and distribution of promotional and collateral materials to support sales and marketing initiatives
- Develop and implement a global content strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives and market trends
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals to ensure high performance and continuous development
- Implement and monitor corporate sign-off procedures in compliance with regulatory requirements and in support of DentalMonitoring’s Quality Policy
- Ensure consistent brand image and messaging across all DentalMonitoring marketing communications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including regional marketing managers, product development, and sales, to ensure cohesive brand messaging and successful product launches
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing communications and content creation, including at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to craft high-impact content and communicate effectively with global stakeholders
- A proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing communication strategies in a global marketplace
- Demonstrated experience managing content across multiple geographies, with sensitivity to cultural nuances and local market expectations
- Strong leadership capabilities, with experience managing direct reports and cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments in a fast-paced, international environment
- Creative and strategic thinker, able to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Proven ability to lead initiatives from concept to execution, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality
