About the role
- Develop and implement educational strategies that promote knowledge of the products and services offered.
- Train the sales team and customers.
- Engage with the industry and KOLs to create educational content that builds brand awareness, generates revenue, and fosters customer loyalty.
- Responsible for digital training and the development of content journeys and customer communications.
- Foster relationships with the Category Management team for educational initiatives within the dental industry.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Dentistry, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in training or education within the dental sector.
- Knowledge of dental industry practices and regulations.
- Knowledge and experience with digital workflows in dentistry.
- Understanding of how professional education contributes to market growth and aligns with marketing and commercial strategies in the dental industry.
- Established relationships and knowledge of the ecosystem of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and dental educational institutions.
- Experience managing projects with cross-functional teams, providing direct and indirect leadership in the development of projects and initiatives.
- Intermediate English.
- Availability to travel.
