About the role

  • Conquest new business through focused selling activities
  • Manage the full sales cycle with the customer
  • Engage front line managers to secure business or add additional services
  • Lead the identification of new customer prospects and sales process to land new business
  • Own and lead origination of DW strategic sales initiatives
  • Contribute to and drive the Division’s sales strategy
  • Deliver professional sales presentations
  • Lead the coordination of cross-functional teams throughout the sales process
  • Leverage industry intelligence/information to grow Dent Wizard’s footprint
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with current customers
  • Develop and manage strong relationships with mid-sized customers
  • Collaborate with Dealer Tire sales partners
  • Lead and execute price increases
  • Drive existing customer growth and retention
  • Proactively identify opportunities and provide solutions
  • Partner with District Operations Managers and Area Operations Managers
  • Participate in operations huddles and management routines
  • Participate in the Goal Setting & Review process

Requirements

  • 5+ years proven sales experience in a similar type of sales environment
  • Auto and reconditioning industry experience preferred
