About the role
- Conquest new business through focused selling activities
- Manage the full sales cycle with the customer
- Engage front line managers to secure business or add additional services
- Lead the identification of new customer prospects and sales process to land new business
- Own and lead origination of DW strategic sales initiatives
- Contribute to and drive the Division’s sales strategy
- Deliver professional sales presentations
- Lead the coordination of cross-functional teams throughout the sales process
- Leverage industry intelligence/information to grow Dent Wizard’s footprint
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with current customers
- Develop and manage strong relationships with mid-sized customers
- Collaborate with Dealer Tire sales partners
- Lead and execute price increases
- Drive existing customer growth and retention
- Proactively identify opportunities and provide solutions
- Partner with District Operations Managers and Area Operations Managers
- Participate in operations huddles and management routines
- Participate in the Goal Setting & Review process
Requirements
- 5+ years proven sales experience in a similar type of sales environment
- Auto and reconditioning industry experience preferred
