Account Manager

• Responsible for the development of sales strategy for distributor, wholesale and workshop level
• Build and maintain solid, healthy and sustainable relations with customers on all accessible levels
• Identify development opportunities with customers and in markets as well as possible new distribution channels
• Ensure sales and margin generation of our products in line with the Annual Sales Plan
• Plan, organize and execute local marketing campaigns and other promotional activities
• Create a strategic account plan for Key Accounts
• Execute the strategic account plan in collaboration with the DACH team and the European DENSO Aftermarket organization
• Coordinate visits, sales activities and promotions with other team members and KAM’s
• Organize and conduct commercial seminars for all levels at the distributors
• Report on progress and development of turnover, profit contribution and campaign activities to Sales Manager
• Monitor the market in the designated area on daily basis
• Monitor and control payment behavior and customer rating / solvability

Key Account Manager – North Germany

• Entwicklung der Verkaufsstrategie auf Distributor-, Großhandels- und Werkstattniveau
• Aufbau und Pflege solider, gesunder und nachhaltiger Beziehungen zu Kunden
• Identifizierung von Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten bei Kunden und in Märkten
• Sicherstellen der Verkaufs- und Margensteigerung unserer Produkte
• Planung, Organisation und Durchführung lokaler Marketingkampagnen
• Erstellung eines strategischen Kontenplans für Key Accounts
• Koordination von Besuchen, Verkaufsaktivitäten und Werbeaktionen mit anderen Teammitgliedern und KAMs
• Berichterstattung über Fortschritte und Entwicklungen
• Überwachung des Marktes in dem festgelegten Gebiet
