About the role
- Provide BAU support for the Workday platform, acting as first or second‑line support
- Manage Workday system administration , including tenant configuration and maintenance
- Configure and maintain business processes, validations and workflows
- Administer Workday security , including roles, domains and user access
- Support user access requests, role changes, and troubleshooting
- Manage configuration changes, testing, and deployment into production
- Support Workday quarterly releases , including regression testing and impact assessment
- Maintain system documentation, configuration logs, and support procedures
- Liaise with internal IT, HR, Finance and external vendors as required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology – mandatory
- 4+ years of experience as a Workday Administrator or Workday System Specialist
- Fluent in English (verbal and written) - mandatory
- Strong hands‑on experience with Workday configuration and business process frameworks
- Solid understanding of Workday security administration
- Experience providing BAU and user support in a live Workday environment
- Ability to troubleshoot system issues and resolve configuration problems
- Strong attention to detail and structured approach to system changes
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setup
