Engineer

• Plan, design, and implement IT infrastructure projects (servers, networks, cloud, etc.)
• Develop project scopes, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies
• Lead client communication throughout project lifecycle
• Ensure projects are delivered on-time, on-budget, and to standard
• Act as Tier III escalation for other technical staff
• Own and manage backup solutions (deployment, monitoring, restores, DR testing)
• Own RMM, patching, and endpoint protection platforms
• Build and refine SOPs and technical standards
• Improve project repeatability and profitability
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline delivery
• Maintain accurate documentation, time tracking, and system records
