About the role

  • The assembly, installation, commissioning, and monitoring of new IT equipment and systems
  • On-site or remote intervention on employees’ equipment to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Hardware maintenance, including performing regular updates on employees’ workstations
  • Ensuring the security of the company’s networks and data
  • Implementing IT solutions to provide employees with the necessary resources to perform their tasks, with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Training staff members following the installation of new equipment and raising awareness about best practices for maintaining IT hardware
  • Identifying equipment obsolescence and providing reports to management to support partial or full renewal of the IT infrastructure
  • Monitoring and managing IT inventory and stock levels

Requirements

  • A degree in IT, computer science, or a related field (Bac+2 or higher) is appreciated
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar position is a plus
  • Advanced proficiency in English
  • Strong technical knowledge of IT environments, operating systems, networks, and infrastructure solutions
  • Ability to quickly analyze issues and implement effective solutions, including in urgent situations
  • Curiosity and continuous learning mindset to stay up to date with technological developments
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities effectively
