About the role
- Lead procurement activities as part of the outsourcing program
- Drive category strategy and support strategic direction
- Engage and build stakeholder relationships
- Lead end-to-end sourcing activities including market analysis and supplier identification
- Lead negotiations and support commercial decision-making
- Manage contracting and realize value from supplier engagements
- Support the Strategic Cost & Improvement Program
- Focus on procurement method, process, structure, and strategy
Requirements
- Commercial or technical university degree
- 7-10 years of experience in procurement and category management
- Solid understanding of the procurement discipline and methodology
- Analytical thinking and effective communication skills
- Skilled in stakeholder and supplier relationship management
- Experience with product development, R&D, EMS, or the hearing healthcare industry is beneficial
