About the role
- Manage the performance of the Business Development Managers/Product trainers in your region
- Forecast the performance of your respective region, and ensure targets are met
- Employee recruitment, training, and coaching
- Key account management
- New account activation/prospecting
- Develop and maintain relationships with all relevant key opinion leaders
- Support provincial 3rd party reviews
- Assist in planning and execution of new product introductions
- Monthly sales reporting/forecasting
- Assist with all regional corporate communications
- Other duties as assigned by VP of Sales
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Experience in hearing healthcare required
- Excellent communication/presentation skills
- Self-motivated, team player
- Proficient in all MS Office tools (xls, PowerPoint, etc)
- CRM experience
- Detail oriented
- Client focused
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently (50%)
