About the role
- Responsible for providing technical support to end users
- Perform instrument calibration
- Carry out on-site repairs when possible
- Maintain diagnostic equipment
- Manage service schedules and contracts
- Provide comprehensive troubleshooting support

Requirements
- Native French fluency and working knowledge of English required
- Post-secondary diploma in a technical service-related field (computer repair, electronics, technology, diagnostic medical equipment, mechanics, or equivalent)
- Willingness to travel within Canada (approximately 60% day trips, 20% requiring overnight stays)
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a technical service environment
- Minimum 2 years' experience in selling products and services (repairs, warranties, annual service contracts)
- Experience in installation, calibration, repair, and maintenance of electronic equipment
- Ability to inspect and test electronic equipment and assemblies
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Willingness and motivation to learn to stay current with technical changes and internal processes
- Technical mindset with strong adaptability and flexibility
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Positive, professional attitude focused on meeting and exceeding customer expectations
