About the role

  • Execute assigned HR master data processes in global HR systems in line with operating procedures and SLAs
  • Review incoming requests for accuracy and completeness; manage your queue and deliver within timelines
  • Translate business needs into functional solutions and contribute to solution design and configuration
  • Perform regular data quality checks, flag inconsistencies, document remediation plans, and coordinate corrective actions with stakeholders
  • Support data quality reporting and monitoring; track and document application or customization changes
  • Maintain and update process documentation; support training content creation, deliver trainings/demos, and provide guidance to users
  • Participate in testing activities to secure quality and reliability; support release processes
  • Support go live and hypercare to ensure smooth transitions into operations; contribute to proactive monitoring and issue prevention
  • Collaborate with global HR teams on new functionalities, roadmaps, and improvements
  • Provide subject matter input to initiatives and projects; act as support for complex issues

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • 2–3 years of experience in HR master data or data processing in an enterprise environment
  • Experience with HRIS platforms (preferably SuccessFactors)
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and a data integrity mindset
  • Process-oriented, compliant way of working; proficiency in MS Office
  • English at B2 level or higher; Polish is a plus
