About the role
- Professional and personnel leadership of the Customer Service team (3 employees)
- Daily planning, prioritization, coaching and development of the team
- Operational involvement in Customer Service: orders, repairs, returns, order tracking
- Telephone customer support and solution-oriented handling of inquiries and complaints (German/French)
- Ensuring high customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Close collaboration with field sales and internal stakeholders as well as maintenance of ERP and CRM data, including reporting and analysis
- Participation in process optimization, digitization and strategic projects together with the Head of Marketing & Services
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in Customer Service
- Initial leadership experience in a team leader role
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Structured, solution-oriented and efficient working style
- Strong process understanding and the ability to leverage digitization to improve operational efficiency
- High IT and systems affinity (MS Office, ERP, CRM); experience in Master Data Management is an advantage
- Excellent, fluent German language skills, both written and spoken
- Good English and French skills (Italian is an advantage)
