About the role

  • Professional and personnel leadership of the Customer Service team (3 employees)
  • Daily planning, prioritization, coaching and development of the team
  • Operational involvement in Customer Service: orders, repairs, returns, order tracking
  • Telephone customer support and solution-oriented handling of inquiries and complaints (German/French)
  • Ensuring high customer satisfaction through excellent service
  • Close collaboration with field sales and internal stakeholders as well as maintenance of ERP and CRM data, including reporting and analysis
  • Participation in process optimization, digitization and strategic projects together with the Head of Marketing & Services

Requirements

  • Several years of professional experience in Customer Service
  • Initial leadership experience in a team leader role
  • Strong customer and service orientation
  • Structured, solution-oriented and efficient working style
  • Strong process understanding and the ability to leverage digitization to improve operational efficiency
  • High IT and systems affinity (MS Office, ERP, CRM); experience in Master Data Management is an advantage
  • Excellent, fluent German language skills, both written and spoken
  • Good English and French skills (Italian is an advantage)
