About the role
- Own and evolve Demandbase’s creative expression across all channels: web, campaigns, product launches, content, social, events, and sales enablement
- Translate our AI narrative and brand strategy into compelling visual and storytelling systems
- Ensure consistency, quality, and differentiation across every customer and market touchpoint
- Push the brand forward — balancing polish with boldness and speed
- Build and lead a modern creative studio using AI + human-in-the-loop workflows to increase speed, scale, and experimentation
- Identify where AI can enhance ideation, design, production, and iteration — without compromising creative quality
- Establish repeatable systems, templates, and toolkits that enable high-volume, high-impact output
- Continuously optimize creative workflows to reduce friction and accelerate time-to-market
- Lead creative development for major brand campaigns, product launches, and GTM moments
- Partner with Content and Product Marketing to bring thought leadership, category narratives, and outcomes-based storytelling to life
- Support Growth, Field, Partner, and Sales teams with creative that drives engagement, pipeline, and bookings
- Elevate executive and company storytelling through visuals, presentations, and signature assets
- Lead and mentor designers, producers, and creative partners (internal and external)
- Act as a strategic creative partner to stakeholders across Marketing, Product, and Revenue
- Set clear creative standards, feedback loops, and decision-making frameworks
- Balance hands-on creative leadership with scalable execution
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in creative leadership roles, ideally in B2B or enterprise SaaS
- Proven experience leading brand evolution or repositioning efforts
- Strong background in campaign development, visual systems, and storytelling
- Hands-on experience experimenting with AI tools in creative workflows
- Ability to connect creative decisions to business impact (pipeline, conversion, influence)
- Exceptional taste, high standards, and the ability to move fast without sacrificing quality
- Comfortable collaborating with senior leaders and influencing without authority.
