Provide executive and operations support to the SHIELD International Programs FMS and Future Ops.
Support various clerical, resource, training and administrative tasks, to include Army correspondence review and editing.
Manage multiple tasks with competing priority levels.
Create travel arrangements and reconcile vouchers in the Defense Travel System.
Resource and schedule management, and meeting coordination.
Prepare and manage correspondence and routing.
Support a high-performance team within Program Executive Office Missiles and Space at PM SHIELD at Redstone Arsenal, AL, including periodic travel within continental US and potentially abroad.
Work collaboratively with program and product offices to support the program mission.

Candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills, flexibility in their work environment, and experience in: managing meeting minutes, file management,
Must be able to build briefing charts (Power Point), reports (Word), spreadsheets (Excel) and work collaboratively and independently.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Should be able to identify and initiate tasks independently by tracking schedules, travel, and important dates.
Bachelors degree and 4+ years of experience. Years of experience maybe substituted in lieu of a degree.
Ability to perform periodic travel within the continental United States and potentially abroad.
Experience creating travel arrangements and reconciling vouchers in the Defense Travel System.
Experience with Army correspondence review and editing.
