About the role
- Manage a variety of responsibilities including recruiting/screening and onboarding new hires
- Administering benefits, assisting with payroll, and providing general employee support
- Coordinate travel for new employees
- Organize recognition for work anniversaries
- Ensure new hires have everything they need to hit the ground running
- Regularly touch base with new hires to help pave their path to success
Requirements
- Experience recruiting, screening and onboarding, local and remote employees
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms
- Understanding of HR policies, state and federal employment laws, and compliance requirements
- Approachable, personable, and able to make others feel comfortable and valued
- Experience with assessments such as Predictive Index, DiSC, or OAD is a plus
- Experience using BambooHR preferred
- Experience in the healthcare industry preferred
- PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP designation preferred
