💰 $60,000 - $80,000 per year

About the role

  • Manage a variety of responsibilities including recruiting/screening and onboarding new hires
  • Administering benefits, assisting with payroll, and providing general employee support
  • Coordinate travel for new employees
  • Organize recognition for work anniversaries
  • Ensure new hires have everything they need to hit the ground running
  • Regularly touch base with new hires to help pave their path to success

Requirements

  • Experience recruiting, screening and onboarding, local and remote employees
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms
  • Understanding of HR policies, state and federal employment laws, and compliance requirements
  • Approachable, personable, and able to make others feel comfortable and valued
  • Experience with assessments such as Predictive Index, DiSC, or OAD is a plus
  • Experience using BambooHR preferred
  • Experience in the healthcare industry preferred
  • PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP designation preferred
